It would be easy to expect Graceland to be an over-rated tourist attraction. But as it is, you could go in there Elvis indifferent, and come out a fan. The house has been left exactly as it was when Elvis died in 1977. It’s not huge, in terms of superstars mansions now and although it is done in showy taste - all shag pile walls, heart shaped beds and white leather sofas, the design has been left exactly as Elvis created it.
