UK - London - CCTV car looking for traffic violations

High-tech cars which use a CCTV camera in a periscope to spy on drivers breaking the law are issuing tickets in London. The specially modified Smart cars are being deployed by Westminster council to enforce traffic and parking restrictions in the West End.
