Abandoned Car Blocks Pavement

An elderly lady with a childs buggy walks in the road past a mysteriously abandoned Vauxhall car resting at 45 degrees, off the road but blocking a pavement on Ruskin Park, on 2nd February 2018, in Southwark, London, England.
