At the heart of this is the development of Castle House that has been designed by Hamilton Architects for a Multiplex Living joint venture, Castle House Developments Limited. The building is a 147 metre tall tower with futuristic art-deco styling, topped by wind turbines and nick-named "the electric razor". It will have inside 310 apartments that conform with an Ecohomes rating of excellent, pride of place for these green credentials are the three wind turbines on the top
