The bear is the brain child of Greenpeace UK and it will be the center piece in the Greenpeace campaign Save the Arctic  global day of action in London Sept 15th. Aurora is designed by Christopher Kelly in collaboration with props designer Simon Costin and made by Factory Settings in East London.

At turns bawdy, lewd and gory, Raffan, the act is a master class in keeping the audience rapt, while keeping one eye out for the police (who must be bribed to turn a blind eye). The act which culminates in Chi-Chi being assaulted, draws a big crowd who genuinely did not seem to realise it was fake blood. For the show, Raffan made nearly Rs1000.The Kathiputli Colony in the Shadipur Depot slum is home to hundreds of (originally Rajasthani) performers.   • A crowd of Londoners laugh during an afternoon's Punch and Judy show at The Lambeth Show in Brockwell Park, Herne Hill, England. Children of all ages along with parents grin at the out-of-sight puppet entertainment during this public festival of amusements and stalls in London's inner-city. Only one young girl sits unimpressed at the standard of comedy. She sits with her mother looking serious while the kids nearby roar with laughter - hugely involved with the show. From a personal documentary project entitled "Next of Kin" about the photographer's two children's early years spent in parallel universes. Model released.
